Mr. Zuo has been practicing in the Mainland for over 20 years and is dedicated to the legal research and practice of “the Belt and Road Initiative”. He has published a number of articles covering such areas as cross-jurisdictional legal services and international cooperation, comparative law, contract law and compliance review, arbitration and judicial supervision, as well as legal practice involving foreign law.
Mr. Zuo specializes in handling cross-border legal affairs, and has rich practical experience in contentious and non-contentious legal affairs (including family wealth planning in matrimonial and succession context) in Mainland China and beyond, especially in due diligence on foreign entities, arbitration, mediation, research and practice of cross-border investment (company and equity affairs), defense of cross-border and Mainland crimes and prevention of employment-related crimes, with a particular focus on litigation and arbitration.
